About Adam
Born and raised in Woodbridge, Ontario, Adam began playing the
piano when he was six years old, taking lessons from the Bela Bartok Conservatory of
Music. Progressing through the levels of the Royal Conservatory of Music's Classical
piano program, he studied under numerous teachers, and attended countless masterclasses,
workshops, and conventions.
From grades nine through ARCT, he was under the instruction of Dr.
George Vona in Toronto. He began studying the Alto Saxophone at age nine, becoming
familiar with both classical and jazz styles, and playing in both large symphonic
ensembles and small jazz bands. He began studying the Pipe Organ at age twelve, and has
been Organist/Pianist at Pine Ridge Presbyterian Church since 1999. Adam has participated
in many festivals and competitions, such as the Toronto and Peel Kiwanis Music Festivals
and has garnered several First Place awards.
Adam currently resides in Toronto, and runs a teaching studio in
Woodbridge.
